We have an onsite Chef to help make your occasion extra special. One of the most important aspects of planning any event is the food! So, if you are wanting to impress your guest for a Wedding or Corporate Event - Our Executive Chef Sal Zappulla can customize our in-house services to meet all of your culinary needs. He specializes in gourmet cuisine or he can create a unique taste just for you. We also offer a Personal Taste Testing at your request. Time and appointment can be set up through Smith`s Pavilion of Dortches.

Saturdays are "All Day Rentals Only"
Have Your Rehearsal Dinner on Friday Night for an additional $1,000
Monday thru Thursday • $125 per hour
Friday • $175 per hour
Friday Evening • $2,000
*Saturday • $200 per hour
Sunday • $175 per hour
There is a 3 hour minimum
We require half of the payment upfront and the remaining balance 14 days prior to the Event.
All Saturdays are open for events. However, any Saturday dates that are open four months out from the requested date can be reserved at an hourly rate. Call our office for details.
Chef at Smith's Pavilion
Chef Zappulla has over 30 years of experience in the culinary world. He has worked at popular Eastern North Carolina venues such as Rose Hill and Angus Barn.
He has an expertise and passion for culinary art and looks forward to incorporating all of your favorites from Smith's foods, as well as introducing new ones!
Chef Zappulla grew up in Boston, Massachusetts and moved to Rocky Mount in 2002, where he currently lives. He has two daughters - Hannah and Madison.
